All prices are quoted in AUD. We currently only accept PayPal as a secure way of payment. We do not have access to your credit card/banking details or store this information. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). SHIPPING & HANDELING RATES
Laiika the Label offers standard shipping flat rate of $10 Australia wide.
If you would like to have your products shipped outside of Australia please email: email@example.com
Estimated shipping time can be between 2 to 10 business days. We try our best to get the products in the post within 1 business day (excluding public holidays) of placing the order. All items are shipped via Australia Post and come with tracking.
*please note these are time estimates, we will do everything to get the parcel delivered to you as soon as possible but sometimes there are delivery delays that are out of our control.
Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery address when placing your order as we will not be able to change the details once item has been dispatched. If you have entered the wrong address please contact us ASAP email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any parcels that are returned to us due to the wrong delivery address/RTS, will be re-sent at the customer’s expense. It is recommended you use an address that will be attended to during business hours. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages or be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages being left.
HANDELING & PACKAGING
Laiika the Label uses recycled brown paper packaging, our packaging bags are padded to ensure your products arrive safe and undamaged. We take no responsibility for any damage to our products once it has been mailed.
If you are not satisfied with your Laiika the Label goodies please let us know within 7 days of receiving your product.
Returns are only available on full price items & your product must be in original condition.

WRONG / FAULTY PRODUCT SENT
We do our best to check all products prior to being sent out. If you believe the items are faulty please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We try our best to get in touch with customers as soon as possible but please allow 2 business days. If we agree that the item is faulty you will receive a refund minus original shipping costs
